Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate 200 mesh (67,5%), taurine (7,5%), aroma, acidifier (citric acid), separating agent (silicium dioxide), sweetener (sucralose, acesulfame K), coloring for taste of: apple-kiwi (green s), orange (orange s), lemon (beta-carotene). The product may contain allergens such as MILK, SOY, WHEAT, EGGS, CELERY, NUT and MUSTARD.
Directions
One serving daily. On training days one serving 6 g (1 scoop) mix in 300ml cold water and consume before or after training. On days without training one serving 6 g (1 scoop) mix in 300ml cold water and consume in the morning, afternoon or evening. Note: To achieve a positive effect 3 g of Creatine should be consumed per day. For a better solubility shake for 20 seconds in a shaker. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
